To transfer/synchronise calendar entries directly to your smartphone a respective service access must be set up on AMPAREX and an appropriate account must be set up on your smartphone first.
The calendar data itself will be then synchronised directly in both directions.
Which data gets transmitted using the CalDAV protocol on AMPAREX?
Data transferred from AMPAREX to the Android smartphone
(a) For not opened appointment in the appointment overview:
- entry form the AMPAREX "Text" field,
- appointment time (duration),
- appointment location (branch name).
(b) For opened appointment
- appointment time (duration),
- appointment location (branch name),
- appointment comment,
- appointment type, as selected on AMPAREX,
- appointment status, as selected on AMPAREX,
- customer name, as selected on AMPAREX.
If an appointment has been set up as recurring during its creation, the corresponding, recurring appointments will be transferred onto the smartphone calendar respectively.
Please note
A possible second resource and process number will not be transferred.
