To sync AMPAREX diary with your iPhone you would need a suitable CalDAV connectivity on your iPhone.
CalDAV client
The setup for iPad, iPhone and iMac is in fact very similar. The CalDAV client comes directly from the iOS operating system.
Create a new CalDAV account in the iOS
Go to >>Settings >> Accounts & passwords and add a new CalDAV account via the option >>Other.
CalDAV service access data
Enter or copy the previously sent >>Resource specific URL into the field >>Server. Use the same user name and password you’ve entered onto AMPAREX. Change the description to, for example, "AMPAREX Diary". Tap "Next" to set it up. Save the entries.
Usage
Open your calendar app and switch to Calendar options. Your AMPAREX diary should appear there. In the calendar app, you can also check whether the AMPAREX appointments are also displayed in the calendar.
The appointments can also be synchronized manually by swiping from top to bottom in your calendar app. The events in the calendar behave as follows:
- Deleted appointments in the iPhone are briefly removed and then displayed greyed out again,
- Over booked appointments will remain on the iPhone calendar (no error message)
- In case of simultaneous changes in AMPAREX diary and in the iPhone calendar, AMPAREX diary entries have a priority
