There is a possibility on AMPAREX to sell a primary article with additional, secondary articles, inserted automatically to a quote without the necessity to add them to the quote manually. In order to achieve that the following properties and their respective values must be created and assigned to the corresponding articles.
Step by step to create properties and their values.
1. In the >>Master Data >> Properties >> select the >>Sell with property and open it.
2. Press the >>New button and add a new property value. Please note that the name must be identical to the display value of the >>Article set property value (see below #4).
3. The next step is to select the >>Article set property from the properties selection.
4. Press the >>New button and add a new property value. Please note that the name must be identical to the display value of the >>Article set property value (see below #2).
5. Next step is to select the primary article from the >>Master data >> Article catalogue. It could be any article really, from a hearing aid to a particular service you provide your patients with.
6. After making your selection you can add the property "Sell with" (2) with the exemplary value “SellWith” to your the primary article.
7. Then you would need to add the property “Article set” with the value “SellWith” to all your secondary article(s).
8. While raising a quote for your patient you would simply need to search for the primary article only. Choosing it will add all secondary articles to your quote automatically.
Please note that you can also define the quantity of your secondary articles you want to add to the quote per default.
